We offer multiple tour options which can include Wineries, Breweries, Cideries and Distilleries. If you are looking for something specific, please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if we can be of assistance!

• Pick up and drop off from your accommodation (Hotel, AIRBNB, VRBO, or Residence, with some restrictions)
• Wine Tours: Tasting fees at a minimum of 4 wineries (half-day) or 6 wineries (full day) (16-30 samples)
• Hops and Grains Tours: Beer Flights at 3 breweries, cider samples at 1 cidery and a spirits tasting at 1 craft distillery
• Combination Tours: Tastings at 3 venue types of your choice. Choose between wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries.

How to book your Wine / Craft Tour:

Step 1: Click on the “BOOK THIS TOUR” button above to let us know a few things about your travel plans.

Step 2: We will email you a confirmation and invoice if we are able to accommodate your request.

Step 3: Once you review the details, and pay your deposit, you are confirmed! Additional info will be sent automatically as we approach your travel dates.

If you are having troubles with our online reservation system, you can always submit one of our Summer Tour Forms.

The prices of our tours vary depending on the location and the number of guests, as we follow a tiered pricing model. Expect to pay between $119-$219 per guest plus GST. Each of our specific tour pages has a comprehensive cost breakdown of these tiers.

 

Once you hop on one of our winery/brewery/combination tours, get ready to be treated like royalty. We take care of all the tasting fees and bookings, so you can sip away without any worries. If you opt for the full-day tour, we’ll even make a lunch reservation fit for a king or queen.

And let’s not forget about the wine. Our guides are wine lovers too. Based on your preferences, they will recommend the finest local BC wines and delectable eats. They might even introduce you to a winemaker and give you an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the captivating world of winemaking. Oh, you bet they can! To make bookings for one person, kindly reach out to our office, and we’ll be happy to assist you. But here’s the deal: the tour selection might be a tad limited, based on which Public Tours are running that day. You’ll need to give our office a call to make those bookings. At Discover Okanagan Tours, our public tours are meticulously planned, like a well-choreographed dance, with precise times and carefully curated itineraries. But fret not, because we have carefully selected the most extraordinary wineries just for you! We are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate experience, so we only visit the crème de la crème based on the glowing feedback from our guests. Now, if you’re looking for exclusivity and opt for a private tour, we might just be able to work our magic and tailor the itinerary to your winery preferences. We’ve got some rules to keep the good times rolling! While we can’t pop open the bubbles in our vans/shuttles (bummer, we know), it’s all for a good reason. We don’t want to risk losing our transportation license and to keep the tours going! So, let’s stay on the right side of the law and save the sipping for the amazing wineries we’ll be visiting, where the good times and delicious drinks are waiting for you!

Cancellation Policy:

Wine Tours:

Upon receiving written notice of cancellation, the balance of your tour / shuttle will be refunded according to the following schedule:

• 7 days or more prior to your tour date, full refund.
• between 3 and 7 days prior to your tour/shuttle date, full refund less 20% of total price
• within 72 hours, no refund.
• for any cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic, including government imposed closures and illness, refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
• for any cancellations due to forest fires, either directly within Kelowna or other cities in the Okanagan, refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
